Do your yoga practise when it suits you
With the Yoga with Elise Online Library you can do your Yoga practise whenever it suits you best. Whether you have only have 5 minutes for a quick meditation, 20 minutes for a short Yoga class or 60 -75 minutes for a full practise, you can always find a class to fit into your schedule.
Try new classes and styles
Once you've found your favourite classes and styles you can repeat them again and again, but if you need a change then the library contains over 350 classes and many different styles of Yoga to choose from including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Kundalini, Therapeutic, Meditation, Restorative, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra ( deep relaxation).

The library contains many different themed classes, whether you are interested in Ayurveda or yogic Philosophy or Mantra and Chanting, or Self care you will find whole sections devoted to these different specialist areas so that you can pressure your interest.
Find a class to suit your needs
One of the wonderful things about an online library is that you can choose a practise to suit what you need at the time. There are classes here for when you are feeling unwell or can't get to sleep at night or when you need help with anxiety, stress or depression. There are also specifically designated sections for Injury Rehabilitation, Self Massage, Pregnancy, and Bereavement. If you can't find what you need just ask Elise and she will be happy to create more content for you to add to the library.
